In the error message does it give any clue about what email server the error 
came from?

Thanks all, I must have been mistaken, then!  (Plus a BMC person 
responded separately, suggesting it must be outside ARS.)

A little difficult for me to test since I don't think I can personally 
use the same outgoing mail server our Remedy server uses, but it must be 
spam flagging on our mail system.
