For compatibility-matrix reasons, we decided to do an upgrade from Crystal Server XI to Crystal Server 2008 (which sounds odd). Anyway, after install, none of the configuration pages work (404 errors). We figure it could be permissions-related, considering the "Dept of Defense" environment. But since everything worked with CRSXI, and nothing else changed, and it was an in-place and upgrade, we're baffled.
