By "configuration pages" do you mean the Mid-Tier Configuration pages?

If so, if you do not have any customizations to any of the Mid-Tier jsp pages, feel free to reinstall it. It will not impact your applications.

If you have made customizations, document these changes, so you can copy them to the OTB jsp pages after re-installing the Mid-Tier application..

If you do not mean the Mid-Tier "configuration pages", what pages are you talking about?

Subject: Crystal Server 2008 Setup

For compatibility-matrix reasons, we decided to do an upgrade from
Crystal Server XI to Crystal Server 2008 (which sounds odd). Anyway,
after install, none of the configuration pages work (404 errors). We
figure it could be permissions-related, considering the "Dept of
Defense" environment. But since everything worked with CRSXI, and
nothing else changed, and it was an in-place and upgrade, we're baffled.

Attempted URL is http://<servername>:6405/CmcApp

-- Win Server 2008
-- IIS 6 (also testing with IIS 7)
-- ARS 7.6.03
-- Apache Tomcat 6

Any ideas?
