the log but what I found is that system is trying to extract user
information (user who login into the application) from user_cache
schema. This action is not part of any workflow .

am getting following error whenever I tried to modify help desk form on

authentication string for an existing user ARERR 329
Can anybody suggest me how to resolve this issue?
