We are looking for a Full Time resource that can help "fill in the edges/cracks for projects" The resource would do some Project Management work, some Analyst work, some potential development, etc. Candidate would need to know Remedy ITSM (version 7.5 and up), have Project Management abilities, business analyst abilities.
