Hi All We created two VM Servers, one for APP and MidTier and the other one for SQL.
After the install it is simply to slow to use and I need to know if there are any best practises and advice for installing Remedy ITSM 7.6.4 in a virtual environment? Windows 2008 R2 16Gig RAM 4 CPU - App server Windows 2008 R2 8Gig RAM 4 CPU - SQL server Maybe someone tried it before and realized that the application simply does not perform in a virtual environment Maybe some specific configurations to be set, any data would be welcomed.
