Is the ARAdmin password the documented default? We has similar issues
upgrading from 7.5 to 7.6.04 SP1 (Windows/MS SQL) where you could tell the
installer connected to the db for some operations but others failed. We
set ARAdmin to the default password, set Demo's password back to NULL (old
habit I had forgot to do this time) and the installer would then allow us
to perform an upgrade. My best guess is somewhere the default ARAdmin
password is hard coded into the installer.
