Depending on one vendor for more than three or four years is folly. I'm constantly impressed the Remedy product line has lasted as long as it has, but it has changed a lot over the years. To keep working in this niche, my 'flame' has already changed a number of times. While I hope it continues, I try to make sure I have reserve options. Someone is going to have to teach the process after it all goes into the cloud, right?
