After playing with the RRR|LoginConvert tool for a little while, I've
encountered an issue. When running it on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard server
with ARS 7.6.04 SP1, it crashes on certain forms. Among the forms we've
found that it crashed are AAS:Activity, AAS:CFG Rules, HPD:Help Desk and
AAS:WorkInfo. It will crash consistently on these and other forms. We are
running it with the -noupdate and -nodiary flags. We've tried a few
different combinations of flags as well.

This is a crash report:

Has anybody else seen this? Any ideas on how we can work through this?
This tool seems to do what we want, otherwise.

Thanks,

Tiffany Alexander
