Hi, If you restart your AR System Server Service, running escalations will definitely stop. And if you have disabled the escalation, it will not start up again.
Maybe you are on 7.6.04+ and the escalation has been overlaid, and you are disabling it in base mode instead of Best Practice Mode? Maybe it is running in a server group environment and you are doing all the disabling/restarting on the server NOT running escalations?
