The help file should be on EPD « BMCRemedyITSMSuite8.1.00.help.zip » for ITSM. You can find it on EPD, search for « BMC Remedy IT Service Management », then select the 8.1 version, then for example « Remedy Asset Management Application 8.1.00 » and you¹ll see « Help System BMC remedy ».
