Hi :) In the one I mentioned (« BMCRemedyITSMSuite8.1.00.help.zip »), you should have the installer here for « service desk » for example: « /servicedesk/incident/help/" Setup.exe
You have several installers in fact, per module for ITSM (asset, change, rkm, servicedesk). Laurent.
