I've been digging around for a while now and can't seem to find out where to change this or if it can even be done.
All of our tickets that come in via Email are automatically assigned Impact/Urgency of 3-Medium. The majority of these are requests that are or should be 4-Low. Where/how can I make this change? Any help would be appreciated!
