that might be interesting to see, but im sure its accurate. im not taking either side, but you have to keep in mind a lot of work that has been done, may not be visiable to the eye. but things do coast money. another topic, but i think i read something about it somewhere. so it looks like the city is responsiable for the rest of the boardwalk lights? being the city owns the boardwalk, and fishman only rebuilt it as part of the deal. hes technicaly not required to do any beautifucation to it?
