They say $30 million - 20% of which could be returned through tax credits.  That means $24 million out of pocket - by their own statements.  I am concerned with the exterior.  If they have a different use for the interior - that doesn't bother me.  In any event, I doubt if it's an accurate figure - and $24 million isn't too much when you consider what it could bring in over time.

There is a big problem trying to save the ice rink portion of the Casino.
The supports and deck are beyond hope. Many years of ocean pounding before
the beach replenishment did major damage and when the ceiling collapsed, the
water came from above.The exterior brick walls are another story.
Demolishing the deck and supports would be tricky and expensive.
