"a)two wooden gazebo type sun shelters north of
Convention Hall
and two south of Convention Hall each approximately 20
feet in width
c)new decorative lighting fixtures (style and type to
be agreed
upon by the City and Master Developer meeting minimum
public safety
standards)"

werner - the lights asbury partners put up may not be
considered decorative, but did the city agree on them?
 if so, then this "lighting issue/problem" is
nonexistent? what do you think of the 4 wooden
gazebos? im glad they havnt been built yet, or
anywhere near being built. beasue the idea sucks.
certain towns to the south of us, bradley beach, have
gazebos. why does asbury park need them too? if the
gazebos can be built in a way, where they dont look or
have that tradtional gazebo shape, then the idea may
be all right.
