Not only don't the "Green Spaces" between the pavilions look green, the pavilions look like crumbling kindergarten projects, the Casino is imploding on itself and the Con. Hall is deteriorating. I think the folks that are raving about the 'new and improved' beachfront have been in the sun too long; had too many margaritas at the Tiki bar; or a combination of both.
