its hard to know what exactl lary fishman is thinking, when he says these things. but that does sound a litlte rediculous, as lighty said. im not surprised its not doing well right now, beasue there is nothing going on there. before asbury partners came along, there were shows and concerts every weekend almost it seemed. as soon as asbury partners took over, they cleaned the slate, but never put stuff back on it again! i think they have a hidden secret for the building, and there not ready to share it yet. i dont think they want any form of concerts there anymore, thats why there have been none. the sound isnt that great in that building anyway, thats for sure. it wasnt built, for modern day use, like everyone seems to think its suitable for..
