for arguments sake werner, you should consider Wesley Grove a PArtners
project.
They're ugly. I'd even go so far as saying the "North Beach" or
whatever in Long Branch is more pleasing to the eye the Wesley Grove,
which seems to have ventured away form their original drawings.
