You got to just love it! The convicted felon gets out of jail
because he strategicly admits he is a drunk and needs rehab while in
the federal pen. Now he is out early, commanded a public entity to
knock down a historic keepsake in need of rehab, itself. If the city
council of Asbury Park doesn't negate any contract with Kuschner
because at the time Kuschner was not fit to enter into a contract as
he was under the influence, than they are foolish as one could be.
