Hinge, that got me laughing. A case of 'not seeing the forest for the 
trees'.

- The Casino IS cool and unique just the way it was built originally.
- It IS Asbury history, no need to incorporate or pay homage to 
anything.

Just RESTORE it and it will be a destination because of those two 
points.
