Has anyone seen what the owner has done to the formerly horrible bungalow on
1st, near
the corner of Kingsley? She has been fixing it up for the past month or so,
cleaning
garbage, painting. It looks much better now. Of course, she was asked to do so
by the city.
The other day, I was taking a walk with my girlfriend, and she asked me why AP
has so
much litter, and I was at a loss to answer why. She asked me this seconds after
I prevented
my dog from sniffing an abandoned and bloody tampon that was on the side walk
on
Bergh. Disgustion, to say the least. How do things like that happen?
