Sorry, Charlie...LOL
Argument by extention into subjects that have no relationship just
shows you are looking for a way out.
Flag Pole lighting is very specific and when properly designed has
no 'light spillage' or adverse effects on the public. It lights the
flag and nothing more.
Then again one could certainly screw that up too.
