The Carousel building is a well known AP feature. It would be great for a
Carousel to be back in there. Something from the past, open again. It would
be a good sign of sucuess for those that have past memories.
Aside from memories, i think it would be nice. But, i guess if rest of
the ground floor of the Casino is a market of sorts, a carousel in the middle
might lean towards being out of place. But if you brought your kids with you to
the market, it would be clever to have one small area (the round carousel area)
to drop them off in while the parents shop
