And as you and I pointed out, the effective equalization ratio for commercial properties in AP compared to that for residential property is ridiculous. Why should I pay more, both in aggregate and as a ratio, then what a commercial building housing restaurants, bars, etc. pay? Why should anyone? Why should Metro's property (old C-8) have a 17% ratio when even the lowest residential ratio is more than twice that? Yahoo!
