Its going to be 2 towers like the old Carabetta plan.
16 and 12 stories. However, it will be much taller then originally
permitted because todays 'story' is taller then the 'story' of the 1980s.
(I'm certain someone can make a quip with that material :-)
In addition it takes up a larger footprint (lot coverage) then
originally envisioned. No green space around the building, no more
Park in the new Asbury Park.
Hey that explains dropping 'Park' in our City name with all those
LLCs. (Asbury Partners, Experience Asbury, ...)
224 units permitted, could end up with less.
