UPI doesn't control what news outlets choose to print - it is just a 
news feed service.  And Moon has proclaimed as mentioned below that 
The Washington Times is his own personal "righteous and responsible 
journalistic institution" based of course on what he defines on those 
terms.  

There's no quandry.  Please don't use your "change the debate" 
tactics on me.  The only quandry is how you can source Mr. Moon's 
personal communication vehicle and be taken seriously.  Choose a bit 
more wisely next time.
