No, Bradley is just fine the way he is :-)
However, you do raise a significant issue - CONTEXT

Or, as spoken about today - Feng-Shui

>From the wikipedia:

"Today's Feng Shui schools teach that it is the ancient Chinese
practice of placement and arrangement of space to achieve harmony
with
the environment. Feng shui literally translates as "wind-water." "

How appropriate for a discussion of Asbury park. The Metro project
towers were supposed to represent wind-water.

Too bad the architects of the "PLAN" (Weldon, Council, Asbury
Partners, etc) did not study the Feng-Shui of Asbury Park.

The beachfront was never intended to be a 3000+ condo secluded City
within a City. Asbury Park already has most of its land use
dedicated
to residential housing. Another portion is dedicated to
commercial/retail uses.

What's missing, is the economic engine that provided jobs and
external cash flow into the city. - the BEACHFRONT

Yes, the Feng-Shui of Asbury Park is broken. To restore harmony and
prosperity the Beachfront must be restored to its intended purpose
within the greater context of Asbury park and the Region.

A Destination that attracts $$$, creates jobs. Why fight the
obvious ?
There is a Convention Hall, A Theater, a Carousel House, Boardwalk,
Hotels...Pavilions...Beach...

Build on that, do not ignore the Feng-Shui - change the PLAN.

Add - resaurants, museums, attractions, pools,... reduce the number
of
condos.

Werner

PS - Asbury Park is designed using the principals of the "City
Beautiful Movement" - the Feng-Shui of over 100 years ago.
