Before they do that, try moving the PW yard OFF of main street and turn that
entire corner
into one nice ratable.
Springwood if and when developed from Rt 35 in Neptune to Main Street is
another
GATEWAY into AP.
It (the pw yard) has to be somewhere - but not on Main Street.
Again, try using the varied funds that have been previously been alloctated for
RECREATION
and build ONE facility that will be used. Take the extra $ and maintain it,
manage it for ALL
residents.
The city contribures more or less ZERO towards recreation given the
requirements. Why do
rec programs HAVE to rely on charitable causes or people to provide what should
be a
given? It's an abuse of the system.
