I will not argue with all you said but I believe there is a performance issue
at hand.  The city is allowing this to happen by not holding the developers
responsible.

There's really no reason to be disappointed with the BW.

If anyone can tell me when it looked better, let me know. CH looks
great and is still a work in progress. Clean bathrooms. Cool bar(s).

The storefronts and buildings are no longer falling down.

I was there when NO ONE was there. The garage doors were falling off
or got broken into. Then a few years later, steel doors got pulled
off. The buildings leaked. Casino was crumbling and CH was getting
worse. The boardwalk was caved in. Glass all over the streets. I
played haunted mini golf with my kids..my daughter begged me to climb
up and aorund hojos. Mattresses were up on the bandshell... yea, it
was real cool. I lured my cousing in town to get them to write a
horror flick based in AP...it was a movie set.

Yes, it took years since Partners came to town and whatever else
happened. The best thing to do - get out and enjoy all the NEW stuff
that you're no the beneficiary of.

Best of all - at some point, you'll have some ratables. You now have
to make believers out of the rest of the area. Last week, thre was a
a Japaneese group walking the bw. Forgot the name of the company -
but around 25 people....
