I live in AP and I don't agree. All the lights have scared away the hookers that use to walk up and down the street. I think people can now see what they are getting, and are running away fast. (AP hookers are not the best lookers.) I've also noticed a decrease in used condoms when walking my dog in that area. The motel behind North Beach installed cameras all over the property and crime also decreased.
