No I reject that. 

Look at the ad - it is trying to convey what to the tourist?  That 
the lights are BRILLIANT and on til DAWN!

It doesn't say "we have comparatively dim lights."

The ad paints a picture:  BRILLIANT LIGHTS!!!!!

"Why" is the key question.  "Why" advertise our BRILLIANT LIGHTS 
until DAWN?

BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE WANT!!!!!!!!!

THAT'S WHAT TOURISTS WANT!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly - there isn't even an alternate arguement that's grounded 
in good development and tourism.

If you are going to attract people - give them what they want.
