My "house" (it is a carriage house about 1200 sq feet give/take, it is a
"condo" with 5 units in the Mansion house) was billed in AP at almost
$8000/year. It was lowered then til about $6k, but yeah if I had to pay another
couple of grand on top of that for the crappy schools system I would be pissed.
The funny thing, was that before they condo'd teh lot, the whole thing with the
big house and everything was $9000/year.
