A seller has to be willing to sell and a buyer has to be willing to buy.
Nothing worse then giving a seller a real offer and having them respond they
want more.
You have over 100 agents that are licensed in just AP pushing the dream (81 at
Conover alone). Many of them do a pretty good share of marketing on their own -
and a very good job at that. Out of the 81 at conover, I can probbly name 10
just because I see their advertising.
Hot weather, events, music, food and fun - make people want to come, spend
money and maybe buy or tell a friend.
