bagus,
tapi yang jelas pelayanan mas yang jaga harus ramah sopan baik dan bisa
ngertiin apa yang customer mw,dan yang jaga minimal harus bisa bantu custemer
yang kesulitan,intinya ya harus bisa bantu custemer yang sedang dalam
kesulitan..mengerti internet word yah minimal gto lah,ngerti komputer gto...
soalnya saya sendiri bekerja diwarnet jadi saya taw walaupun sedikit
thk mungkin bsa jadi masukan
