Also, in the USA, they are saying people from Iraq will be monitored. India can't even think about passing that kind of rule, even after it's parliament was attacked, can she?

Saurav,

You probably don't realize when you write these notes that you are already biased. How do you know it was stage managed? Just because Kuldip Nayar said so? You may say there have been so many like this before. Again that shows bias and pre-disposition. Look again at the words below that you wrote:  " is a stage managed encounter acceptable to you?  would a similar thing be acceptable in the usa?"

+ Debating on these issues is healthy. Even if it doesn't solve the real problem back home, it clears the conscience of the participants in the debates.

dilip-da -- we are just following an issue. the issue is -- did the
police stage an encounter.

+ I have a very simple question to the sleuths of the net. Where are the friends and relatives of the victims? Normally after such an incident, the journalists find the relatives, friends or neighbors to interview. I have scanned the Indian newspapers but haven't read any such interview. Were the victims local to Delhi? Or is it simply that I missed the reports?

we dont know, since no-one came forward to claim their bodies. the
police claimed they are pakistanis.

i am just curious. if they are pakistanis/terrorists, would you
agree that they ! can be killed outside the purview of the indian
legal system? is a stage managed encounter acceptable to you?
would a similar thing be acceptable in the usa?
