The problem with your analysis here lies in your inability to
separate learning of quantifiable technological and or scientific
knowledge from what we call in Assamese 'kando-gyan'--common sense.
You don't need to go learn that at IITs or IIMs.
That is the difference.
What has products of Indian educational institutions generated in
terms of development that stands out? Why is India still
tottering with all that brain power?
