Essentially, if you're installing it through the ppm, you should get all
the "extra" modules by installing the "ASSP required" ones (at least I
do on my Windows server) without having to worry about them.  That's why
to us it's not a big deal I guess.  Yes, there are the problem packages,
but I don't think Tie:RDBM is one of them.
