Hi, I just went through this (in process...) I had to convert the customer to a monthly contract. "no problem" she said; that however turned into a $100 service charge the client JUST recieved. Guess the rep forgot to mention it. however, i can now terminate with 30 days notice, s/b no further penalty. I am gonna look into getting that service adjustment fee canceled... ha ha
