I doubt the OP's customer could get retentions to do that for 3 separate accounts, to get 18GB of usage :)
OP, according to HoFo, there is a $150/15GB plan (not flex) available, she could get on that, and expect to pay an extra $153.60 for the remaining 5GB of data.
