I don't know which model of wireless headset you have, but the couple that I'm familiar with all have a multiple pairing mode (I'm not sure what the feature is actually called). In short, multiple headsets can be paired to the same base station and all can participate in the call.
For example, on the Jabbra headsets, you dock each earpiece in turn with the base station and press the "pairing" button. That's it, no additional hardware required. If you already have the headsets you should look to see if they have this feature.
