Yes you get full audio on all sets, up to 6 at one time I believe. Of course the other sets can be on mute if only one-way audio is needed. Specifically, the Jabbra GN9125 and GN9350e have this multi-paring feature and it's the one we have the most experience with so I can't really speak about Plantronics. BTW, both of those also support ESW (Electronic Hook Switch) on Aastra phones so you don't need one of those clunky old-school lifters to answer the calls.
