Get a WRT router, flash it with one of the open source firmwares such as
Tomato, DD-WRT or even the more technical OpenWRT (which are all better than
the factory firmware), set that router to be a client on the wireless
network, and then plug the phone into it. You'll even be able to run a few
phones off the one router (no PoE though unless somebody makes a wireless
router that'll run OpenWRT or DDWRT or Tomato or whatever).
