Last night, I attempted to add a 2nd NIC card to my Dell Optiplex Gx1 system. Upon booting, my KD partition isn't mounted and I'm receiving a lot of errors about usb-storage.
Removing the 2nd NIC card doesn't appear to correct the problem. I keep seeing usb 1-1 errors. Device descriptor read/64 error -110. Is my keydisk toasted? Is this just coincidence that it happened when I added the 2nd NIC?
