Hi I second this request, as it seems I ran into a serious problem that is fixed in the latest version of misdn. If a caller dials a number on a point to point isdn line without adding an extension, the call cannot be answered by asterisk. The problem is specific to the Austrian ISDN lines. According to some forum there's a workaround in 0.3.1-rc.1.
