That's right, head off to the Asterisk Mailing list.
However I may say that:
Your ARE sharing IRQ 11 with the Digium card, the USB bus and your
board chipset (probably audio)
turn those off if you're not using them.
try cat /proc/interrupts
move the TDM card to another pci slot if it continues to share
cat /proc/interrupts

and keep doing cat /proc/interrupts until the wctdm driver is almost
alone but in your case you have to shut down in BIOS the USB and the
APM, serials and paralel port (if you are not using them of course)
