 Well  you are  wrong  on  that  this  was made  for  the  blind 
 This  was made  by  air  condition  company in  La.  and  I talked  to the  
designer  of this  when it  first  came  out . He made  it  for  senior  
citizens as  they  for the most  part  could  not  program  the  earlier  ones 
, so  he  made  ones  that  could  talk.
 This  company  almost  went  out  of  business  wit  the  hurrican  that  hit 
the  south  many  years  ago 
 the  guy  never  thought  of the  blind  when  he  made  this , but  I am glad 
 that  he  did
