I'd like to mention that I do find the discussion here (appart perhaps from the commit rights) very interesting. It is practical and touches on a lot of interesting issues.

So if there were a test validator WG I think we should all be subscribed to it.

The rest of this thread is not appropriate for the mailing list. I would imagine that the people who run the feed validator can set up a mailing list of their own to discuss commit rights and procedures, and to discuss which tests match the desired goals of their project; if not, they can contact me and I'll set one up for them at IMC.
