I do the same work as yours and tested it clicking on Quick help (in web
browser) second line of Help menu (I hope it's correct)
I deleted Line feed characters so first link in PoEdit is :

in one entiere line.

So where does the link send the browser? I tested that code on my
own machine after compiling the Audacity.mo file then running with
the Audacity language set to French.
It doesn't work if you click the link in the message below, because of
the escape character.

I try to link as possible to french web pages (to french forum, b.e.).
The link on Line 1590 is french corrected since months... but doesn't

On line 1594, I didn't corrected it because, clicking on french flag
