Hi,
after a quick look on the list of pages, the result is : 58 FR pages on 182 EN
pages
Meaning a little bit more than 30% (if we're considering the number of
translated page as reference for the %)

That being said, I was off-line since March, but, being stable now (ie: house,
Internet, time to participate), I'm going to improve the FR manual.

I would prefer to have the FR link in Audacity software regarding that some
help is already available in FR.

I've put a disclaimer on the Main Page FR saying:
* blue links (in FR manual) are already translated and red're not,
* if help is unavailable in FR, readers can switch to EN by clicking the EN flag

OTOH, I can understand that it could be preferable to wait for 50% or something
like that
...
...
...
Well
...
no, the argument "some help (30% and counting...) is already available, why
take it away?" make more sense to me :)

Up to you guys!

In all the case, thanks all for this work, Audacity is a wonderful free
software!

Cheers,
Olivier
